科研记录|PLUMED-BEMeta采样为何还是几乎无动静

果然还是有必要记录一下子!
CV3/CV4几乎就没有动过,但我怀疑这并不是它的锅,我看了一段轨迹,也出现了坐标数到3的时候,比如这边输出的是COORD小于4的时候,但确实可以观察到:构型就是没动。(看图)
不论是s path还是z path都可以说明,构型确实就是没有动过。

来看一下目前metad的设置吧:

我现在想的是,先不用well-tempered,而是先拿最原始和暴力的metad测试一下:

  • 之前采水q6也有well-tempered采不动的经验;
  • 合理的cv范围已经很清晰了:有Uwall和Lwall拉着的。

  • Height,试试看5.0,我知道很高,dbq。
  • 删除biasfactor = 不用well-tempered。
